SMITH - In affectionate remembrance of Pte. Edward Percy Smith, Y & L. the beloved and only son of Edward and Martha Ann Smith, who was killed in action October 9th 1917 aged 22 years.
A devoted son, a faithful friend,
One of the best that God could lend;
He bravely answered duty's call,
His life he gave for one and all.
